Jim Mahoney Joins VTS Board of Directors

VTS, Virtual Technology Simplified, is pleased to announce that James Mahoney, Managing Partner of Huron Capital has joined VTS Board of Directors.
Jim has over 25 years of experience in the capital markets including principal investing, M&A advisory, equity and debt financings and restructurings for middle market businesses.

For almost 15 years, Jim has been with Huron Capital. He’s served on over a dozen Huron Capital portfolio company boards, including his current board roles at Albireo Energy, Sunland Asphalt and Construction, TriStruX and Sciens Building Solutions. Jim currently focuses on investments in the business services space, including facility, infrastructure, and utility services. “VTS is a company with the leadership and business model characteristics that are essential for success in today’s business climate.
