An apartment fire caused extensive loss to a commercial property in an urban neighborhood. Seventy-five apartments were impacted with fire, smoke and water damage and over forty families were displaced.
VTS capture teams were deployed to create 3D models, claim documentation and estimates.

VTS crews needed only two days on-site with two crews; traditional claim consultants estimated two weeks field time.
Deliverables
Xactimate estimate, CAD drawings, Xactimate sketch and 3D reports were delivered to the insurance provider within two days compared to a previous estimate of a week.
